No matter what the economic forecast, whether times of prosperity or times of recession, the Bible has some great investment advice. There is a “commodity” which must be acquired, no matter how much it costs in time, effort, pain, hard work….. the TRUTH. The knowledge of God is highly valuable! Understanding and wisdom from God is priceless!
Once you have it, do not even consider selling it off. Hold on to truth. Guard it with your life!
Proverbs 23:23 Buy truth, and do not sell it;
buy wisdom, instruction, and understanding.

Thanks for the encouragement, fellow truth-seeker! Usually there is SO much in each day’s reading that I’d like to highlight, the problem is choosing what might be most helpful and meaningful. I read another blog of someone attempting to read throught the Bible this year and he said he felt like he was skipping from iceberg to iceberg….leaving SO much great truth yet undiscovered!
