2 Chronicles 11:16 And those who had set their hearts to seek the Lord God of Israel came after them from all the tribes of Israel to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the Lord, the God of their fathers.
2 Chronicles 12:14 And he did evil, for he did not set his heart to seek the Lord.
How’s your heart? Is it set on seeking God? From this passage, it seems to be very important that we seek God!
A few weeks ago we were reading in Colossians 3, where we are admonished to “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. ”
