1 Samuel 14:6
Jonathan said to the young man who carried his armor, “Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised. It may be that the Lord will work for us, for nothing can hinder the Lord from saving by many or by few.”
Jonathan had his theology straight when he confessed that God is able to save whether by many or by few. God is sovereign and chooses to work in multiple ways and at many different levels. God used Jonathan to save the army of Saul. God may to use you to bring about changes in your life and others’.

I was reading this same passage this morning and it struck me how much wiser Jonathan was than his dad. He certainly had his “theology straight” as you say. It didn’t take long for Saul to go the wrong way sadly…
